PAYMENT PROCESSING

We use PayPal to process credit or debit card payments. PayPal accepts all major credit & debit cards and all transactions are carried out using 128bit encryption. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems, your financial information is not shared with anyone, including us.

All charges to your credit/debit card or PayPal account are made in Pounds Sterling.

There is a 'PayPal Express Checkout' button on the shopping cart pages. This allows you to log into your PayPal account and complete your purchase much faster than the standard checkout system.

Credit or Debit Card Payments

You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. When you have chosen your purchases, proceed to the standard checkout, enter your delivery details and click on the appropriate payment button. You will then be re-directed to PayPal who will process your financial details. When you arrive on their payment page, look down the left hand side and just above the Visa/Mastercard logo you will see 'Don't have a PayPal account', simply click on the 'continue' link to complete your purchase.

By placing an order with Bracelet-Heaven you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

While we aim to ensure that descriptions, photographic reproductions and product specifications are correct, it should be noted that there may be slight variations in actual colours due to the variations in computers, monitors and internet browsers.

All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that you purchase an item which is not in stock, you will receive a full refund by the same payment method used to place the order.

Bracelet-heaven reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if the payment and/or delivery details provided by the client are not legitimate and/or the transaction is not authorised by the bank.

The only information we hold is that which is used to process your order such as, the products you have ordered, your name, address, and email address (it is an exact copy of the receipt you receive with your goods).

This information is kept as a reference in the case of any queries relating to your order, it is never used for any other purpose and never given to any third party.
