Can you make up identical items to ones I have seen in your Shop?
All pieces of jewellery are unique and our clients are given an absolute assurance that nobody else will own the same piece of hand made jewellery. In any event, it is almost impossible to re-create the same item twice.
We can however make something similar for you, subject to the availability of the beads, charms and other items. We can produce a similar item in maybe a different colour or theme.

Can you make bracelets in different sizes?
Generally speaking, yes! If you have a smaller or larger wrist, we can normally alter any bracelet to size as long as we have the appropriate beads and findings available. Please contact me if you wish to discuss this further.

If I place an order for any item(s) not already made, will you require a deposit?
Yes. We will require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the order. Deposits are accepted in accordance with our standard payment terms.

How do I pay for my jewellery?
We accept payment in a secure environment using PayPal. Alternatively postal orders are acceptable.
Personal cheques drawn on a UK bank can be accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you need to pay by this method. Please note that no items can be sent out until funds are cleared. Payments from outside the UK are by PayPal only.

If I have put a deposit on an item being made for me, how long do I have before I need to pay the balance?
We will contact you by e-mail to notify you that your item is ready and the outstanding balance due. You will them have 14 days to make payment. In the unlikely event we do not hear from you or payment is not made, we reserve the right to keep your deposit and list the item on our general website until sold.

What are your postage costs?
All hand made items are sent to UK addresses using Royal Mail. Items up to the total value of £25.00 are sent by normal first class post. Items with a total value exceeding £25.00 are sent by first class 'Recorded signed for'. If your total order exceeds £50.00 your items we will posted FREE OF CHARGE & you will receive a FREE GIFT BOX for each item purchased. Our postal costs are set out below:













Can you gift wrap?
All jewellery items will be sent to you in an organza jewellery pouch FREE OF CHARGE. Alternatively, you can choose our luxury gift wrapping service whereby the bracelet will be delivered in attractive white gift box tied with a lovely ribbon and bow. The cost of this service for UK customers is £1.95 plus postage. International customers should contact me first by email to ascertain the postage costs.

Can you send gifts direct to someone on my behalf?
Absolutely. If you want us to send the item direct to a loved one, relative, friend we will be happy to oblige.
You will need to notify us by e-mail when paying for the item of the recipients details, and the item will be sent with a message of your choice on a gift card.

Can you send items abroad?
Yes. The cost of sending the item will be dependant on the destination and size of the parcel. We will visit our local post office the next working day after you agree to purchase, and advise you of the postal costs by e-mail.

How long will it take to receive my goods?
If the item is listed on the website, then it will be dispatched the next working day, subject to full payment being received and in cleared funds. If it is a special order, please contact us first to discuss delivery dates.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you are not entirely happy with any of our products you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 10 days of it being posted to you providing the goods are returned to us in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging. The refund will be for the cost of the item only. We cannot refund any postage or gift wrapping cost.
